Buyers will simply need to:

  • Search or click browsed item of choice (make a decision based on seller’s acceptable method of sale)
    1. Add to cart
    2. Make offer
    3. Place Bid
  • Select “Add to cart” from product page or thumbnail
  • View cart (Shopping basket)
  • Checkout and Pay
  • Track delivery (with details from seller)
  • Confirm delivery
  • If unsatisfied (Dispute transaction) Give feedback

Click “Watch” icon on product page or from item thumbnail to add to your Watch list in the “My account” area

You can “Add to cart”, “place a bid” or “make an offer” later.

If accepted (proceed to make payment)

Input offer price

Click “send”

Seller accepts offer

Receive notification of offer acceptance

Click “Add to cart”

You can proceed to “Checkout” or “Continue shopping”.

Seller declines offer

Receive notification of offer declined

Click “Make Offer” (to make new offer) or “continue shopping”

To make new offer, click “Make Offer”.

Buyer will need to:

Place Bid

Select “Place Bid” from product page

Input your maximum bid amount

Only a fraction of your entered amount is added to the current bid (or to the start bid amount if you are the first bidder)

Our system continues to bid on your behalf within your maximum bid amount whenever there is a new bidder.

You can increase your maximum bid at anytime, by simply placing a new bid on same item, and your maximum bid amount will be updated.

Wait for the auction to end

If you win, proceed to checkout

You can proceed to “Checkout” or “Continue shopping”.

To Checkout, read about checkout click “Checkout”

If you didn’t win, browse similar items “Continue shopping”.

In the case you receive an item and are unsatisfied with the product.

You will need to:

Click “dispute order” from any item you wish to dispute, under the purchase history (buyer) or sold items (seller)

Within 24hours of receiving items or if item didn’t come up to 24hours after the expected delivery date.

You must select an option to:

Received – Item was with wrong description

Received – Items arrived broken

Received – Other problem with item

Not received – Item not received

Not received – No proof of postage

Communicate with the seller on the dispute timeline

You will have the option to

Request a refund;

Invite BAZADOT Support

Request a refund

Full refund or Partial refund

Enter refund amount

Upload proof (where applicable)

Submit request

Wait for the seller’s response within 48hours

If seller didn’t respond in 48hours, a full refund is made to buyer.

Seller may counter-offer a refund request, to which you have to respond within 48hours else you will be awarded the counter-offer amount.

Once you have successfully placed an ordered, you will be able to access tracking information as soon as the seller marks the item as shipped or posted.

You will need to:

  • Select “Purchase history”
  • Browse the order list
  • Click “Shipping Details” on any item you wish to track
  • Use the details to track your item
  • Shipping details will also display the expected delivery date.

Once you have successfully placed an ordered, you will be able to access tracking information as soon as the seller marks the item as shipped or posted. You will need to:

Click “My account”

  • Select “Purchase history”
  • Browse the order list
  • Click “Collecting in Person” on any item you wish to track
  • Item collection address and telephone number will be displayed for collection
  • Collection in person will also display the expected collection date.

After successfully purchasing an item on BAZADOT, the seller will like to know what your experience with them was like, the feedback also help other buyers to differentiate a good seller from a terrible one.

To give a feedback, you’ll need to;

  • Click “My Account”
  • Click “Purchase history”
  • Browse the order list
  • Click “Add feedback” on any Item you are yet to give a feedback on.
  • Input feedback
  • Click “Submit”
  • If you are unable to leave a feedback up to 48hrs after receiving your item, (where you are you busy to add feedback) the seller will automatically get 100% feedback up to 7days after you have left no feedback.

This will be a page where potential sellers on BAZADOT can get information on reasons why they should sell their items on the website.

To sell an item, you will need to:

Register (If you are don’t have an account)

    Click on the user icon on the top of the webpage
  • Click Sign up to register or Register with facebook or google account
  • Complete the form and submit
  • Check your email to verify your new account

  • Enter email address

    Click “Sell” button at the top of the page to list your item(s)
  • Enter Item title
  • Enter Short description
  • Add tag, to manage related items
  • Enter full description
  • Select category and subcategory
    • Upload images
    • First 10 images are free
    • Can upload maximum 40images
    • All extra image are charged at £0.15 each
    • Select item condition
    • Enter Brand (our text box will suggest exiting brand once you start typing – if that brand already exist on the site)
    • Enter Model (our text box will suggest exiting model once you start typing – if that model already exist on the site)
    • Color
      • Add quantity alone for each color (item with one size)
      • Add Size and quantity (for items with multiple sizes)
    • Select return allowance (period when item return is allowed)
    • Select Warranty allowance (period when item is covered by seller or manufacturer)
    • Choose selling option
      • Basic Selling – regular and fixed selling price.
        • Promo – discounted selling price, always depending on and lower than the basic selling price. Seller need to select promo duration.
        • Accept offer – variable selling price, always depending on and lower than the basic selling price. A lower than basic selling price will be offered by buyer, seller can reject or accept the new price, for that buyer only.
        • Auction – a battled out discounted selling price, always lower than the basic selling price (if basic selling price is available). Seller need to select auction duration.

    • Feature your item in search result - Seller need to select feature duration. A fee is charged for this service, £0.20 per day
    • Feature your item on item page - Seller need to select feature duration. A fee is charged for this service, £0.10 per day
  • Agree to pay your listing fee on the 25th of the month.
  • Publish your item.
  • Redirect to selling page (My Store – My View)

All listing is free, but listings add on (extra services), are charged by invoice, all payable on the 25th of every month through your set payment option.

    • Mark as shipped (enter shipping website and tracking number)
    • Await buyer confirmation of receipt or mark item as delivered (once you confirm delivery). (deal with delivery issues or dispute if any)
    • Payment released or refunded.
    • Withdraw fund to bank account

Log in to My Account

  • Click “Sold Items”
  • Browse history list
    • Select item with dispute
    • Discuss with the buyer and come to a resolve
    • (If you can’t come to a resolve, “invite BAZADOT”)
    • Once the case is the decided, the funded is released to the winning party.
  • If making a refund
  • Accept buyer’s refund offer or make counter offer
  • Once agreed.
  • Issue refund

Transactions are closely monitored by BAZADOT to prevent exposure to global fraud.

All items listed are listed for free and no fee is charged on items not sold. An after sales commission of 5% is charged on all items on all categories.
